🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
At Snackorbite, we take hygiene and food safety very seriously. Since our Chin-Chin is an edible product, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped. However, we are committed to ensuring that every customer has an amazing experience with us.
Eligible Refunds & Replacements:
We will happily issue a refund or replacement in the following cases:
✅ Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping issues, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
✅ Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong flavour or size, please notify us within 48 hours, and we will arrange for a replacement.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items:
⛔ Opened or Partially Consumed Items – Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened products.
⛔ Change of Mind – Since Chin chin is perishable, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind.
⛔ Orders Not Collected on Time – If an order is delayed due to incorrect shipping details or missed delivery attempts, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If you experience any issues with your order, simply:

📸 Attach videos or photos of the issue (if applicable).
📌 Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the problem.
We will review your request within 24 hours and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
